Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026
By using Capture, you agree to these terms.
The service
Capture helps you notice, schedule, and keep the commitments you make. It works with accounts you connect, such as Google Calendar and Gmail, and only acts on them in the ways you ask.
Your responsibilities
- Use Capture lawfully and only with accounts you own or are allowed to use.
- When you capture a conversation, call, or meeting, let the people in it know and get any consent the law requires where you are.
- Review what Capture suggests before relying on it. Capture asks before placing anything on your calendar, and you're responsible for what you confirm.
AI and accuracy
Capture uses AI to understand language and speech. It can make mistakes, such as mishearing a word or misreading a commitment. It's a tool to support your judgment, not a replacement for it.
Your content
Your data stays yours. You give Capture permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Capture running well, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may change or be interrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Capture is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed commitments, appointments, or messages.
Ending use
You can stop using Capture at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access for misuse.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Capture means you accept the updated terms.
